| 摘 要： | 在分析区域需水预测基本方法与原理的基础上,提出水资源优化配置的基本方法。在对缙云县好溪流域水资源开发利用进行评价的基础上,按以上原理和方法对未来各水平年水资源进行供需分析,同时就如何实现水资源优化配置进行了研究,提出了实现各水平年水资源供需平衡的工程措施与非工程措施,以保障研究区域社会经济的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | This article analysised the method of water resource demand forecast and the measur of water resource optimization disposition.Appraising the level of water resource development and analysising the water resource supply and demand of Haoxi valley in Jinyun County Zhejiang province,this article studied the optimal allocation of water resource of the studied area.It puts forward the water engineering and non-water engineering measures for the economy sustainable development of the studied area. |
