| 摘 要： | 当前,农业剩余劳动力的转移已经成为我国国民经济发展过程中亟待解决的重大战略问题。本文分析了影响农业剩余劳动力转移的几大主要障碍,揭示了在现阶段加快我国农业剩余劳动力转移的重大战略意义,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策与措施。

| Abstract: | At present,the transfer of agricultural surplus labor has been a strategic issue desired to be solved immediately in the process of national economic development.This paper deeply analyzes the main obstacles that influence the transfer of agricultural surplus labor.It also points out the vital meaning of the decrease of surplus labor in agriculture field.Base on both,it puts forward several relating countermeasures. |
