大众化高等教育应树立全面发展的人才观、多元化的教育质量观以及以人为本的教育观;应贯彻育人为本、德育为先的理念,强调人才评价标准的全面性,突出人才的多样性与层次性,树立人人可以成才以及特色成才的理念;应建立以顾客为中心的质量理念,坚持教育质量标准的相对性和多元性,树立以特色求质量的思想;教育必须以人为本、注重人的发展、关注人的成长,教育必须增强服务意识,教育的成败在于是否调动了学生和教师的主观能动性.

Outlooks on Education, Talents and Quality Under Popularization of Higher Education

Outlooks on all-rotmd development of talents, on multi-dimensional educational quality, and human-oriented education should be established. The notion of human orientation and moral education priority should be implemented, emphasizing the comprehensiveness and stressing the diversity and strata of talents, and the notion that everybody can be talented with his own features should be set up. The notion of custom-centered quality should be ferrned, sticking to the relativity and multiplicity of education quality standards. The thought of quality through features should be erected and education should be human-oriented, focusing on the development and growing-up of humans. Service awareness should be attached to education as the key to education lies in the subjective initiatives of both the students and the teachers.
