圆筒弯扭组合实验的改进

摘    要:针对弯扭组合实验中弯曲切应力的测量误差较大,对圆筒弯扭组合实验装置中的应变花布置方式进行了调整,重新设计了弯曲切应力和扭转切应力的实验方案,并增加了测量附加弯曲正应力的实验内容,从而增添了实验的思考性和难度,加深了学生对应力状态分析和电测组桥原理及方法的理解与掌握.

Abstract:For the bigger measurement error of bending shear stress in the cylinder test under bending and torsion, the arrangement of electrical resistance rosette strain gauge on the experiment facility is adjusted. The test schemes to measure the bending shear stress and the torsion shear stress are redesigned. At the same time, a new test content to measure the additional bending normal stress is presented. By improving the test, the ability of students to understand and grasp the principles and methods of stress analysis and electric bridge will be enhanced.
