中国电视编导的回顾与前瞻

中国电视发展速度很快 ,有关部门关注较多的仅是电视台、站、网的硬件建设以及节目、栏目方面的软件建设 ;对制作电视节目的主要人员——电视编导缺乏总体思考及认识。对他们的管理基本停留在以“栏目”为本 ,而非以“人”为本。电视编导与电影导演是性质很不相同的两种职业 ,不能等而待之。应该对电视编导的培养建立起“双学位”体制 ,才能适应知识经济时代电视传播工作的改革和发展的大趋势

TV Directors and Screenwriters in China: Yesterday,Today and Tomorrow

TV industry in China develops very fast, especially during the last two decades. But the related offices only attach importance to the hardware developing such as TV station, stage and net,and the software deve1oping such as TV programs and sections. For this reason, the problems of people stand out day by day in the course TV reforming. There is rare integrated consideration and recognition for the TV editors the main faculties of TV programs makers, the managment form is still “section centered”not “people centered”. TV editor is very different from movie director,they should be treated differently. “double degree system” should be established for TV editor in order to adapt to the reforming and developing trends of TV media at the age of knowledge economy.
