| 摘 要： | 对于诸葛亮的成才而言，荆、襄经历发挥了重要作用，但也不能否认沂蒙文化为其忠臣又士之节、仁人君子之心、英雄豪杰之才储积了丰厚的文化底蕴。诸葛亮的成才离不开沂蒙文化对他的哺育与熏陶。
