摘    要:教师专业发展是实施新课程的关键,教师专业发展除了有理论指导外,更为紧要是如何探索教师专业发展的途径?近年来,学校坚持以校为本,在坚持教师自我评价、案例开发、研究性教学等方面,进行了一定的尝试,深入探讨以学校为本的教师专业发展途径,对于促进教师专业发展具有重要意义。

Abstract:Teachers' Professional Development is the key factor that will influence the middle school curriculum of realization. Besides theoretical supporting, it's important to have a survey of the practical approaches for teachers' professional development. Nowadays, application of self-assessment, cases development and inquiring teaching in schools indicate the necessity to create all to have some review of the approaches own teachers' professional and academic skills development. It will naturally do some help for school development.
