| 摘 要： | 从物质文化、精神文化、制度文化三个层面对高校的校园体育文化建设现状进行抽样调查和研究，并在理论上对制约高校校园文化建设的因素进行探讨，找出其问题所在，并针对这些问题提出了因应的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | From the spiritual, material, and institutional levels of culture, this article carried out spot check on and researched the actualities of physical culture in campus of Heilongjiang universities, and discussed theoretically the restrictions to construct them. We discovered some problems and proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. |
