北魏货币经济关系的扩大和财政制度的相对滞后

北魏时期货币使用始终未曾中断,农民的生产生活也和市场建立了很多的联系.货币经济有了很大发展.在政府财政收支中,钱也有广泛的使用,而且政府还曾有利用货币政策解决财政危机的设想.但是由于征收实物的租调制度的影响,北魏货币经济发展始终有限,绢帛等实物货币始终占据主要位置,甚至到了唐代还一直"钱帛兼行",铜钱的地位十分虚弱.

The use of paper money was of discontinuity all the time during the period of the Northern Wei Dynasty.Peasants established a lot of ties with market both in production and life. Monetary economy developed greatly. The use of paper money was extensive in the fiscal income and expenses of government. Moreover, the government had conceivability to resolve fiscal crisis in virtue of monetary policy. But due to the influence of levy up-on kain,the development of monetary economy in the Northern Wei Pynasty was restricted all along. Silk took up principal position. Money and silk were both used even in the Tang Dynasty and the status of copper cash was in- firm.
