仿真系统在热工课程教学中的应用

摘    要:水泥生产工艺流程仿真系统能够提供生产工艺背景信息,提供解决问题提示,促使学生自己分析问题、自主处理故障,师生共评故障处理结果.其在《水泥厂热工设备》教学中的应用,教师通过故障模拟设置,训练学生的分析问题能力和实际操作能力,能有效地调动学生学习专业课的积极性,增强师生及学生与学生之间的互动和交流,是一种有效的教学方法,为能力导向型教学提供了重要手段.

Abstract:Cement production process simulation system can provide both production technology background information and suggestions for solutions to the problems, which can motivate students to independently analyse and handle the prob- lems that teachers and students evaluate together the handling result. Through the fault simulation, the teacher train students' abilities of analyzing problems and the actual operation, and thereby effectively mobilize students' enthusiasm of learning specialized courses, enhance the interaction and communication between teachers and students and among students as well. This application is not only an effective teaching method but also an important means for competence oriented education.
