摘    要:结石和气泡都是影响硼铝硅玻璃产品合格率的重要因素,有时甚至会成为制约生产的主要因素,尤其是液晶基板玻璃生产,因其对产品中存在缺陷要求极严,甚至目视无法观察到的极其微小的夹杂物都是不容许的.解决玻璃制品中发生气泡和结石的问题,历来都是玻璃生产和工艺研究中的重要课题,有非常显著的经济效益.本文试图通过对该玻璃的析晶及其对耐火物融蚀机理的研究,了解结石形成原因和发生源.研究减少结石的可能,从而达到提高产品质量和合格率的目的.

Abstract:Boron aluminum silicon non-alkali glass is widely used in LCD substrate glass manufacturing. The glass has low expansion, high strength, chemical stability and good weather-ability, relatively simple formula. But in the system of molten, glass was more easily crystallization. Because of containing high boron oxide, the furnace refractory erosion is better. If platinum materials are used in channel and forming area, all kinds of stone defects will still occur. This paper attempts to study the crystallization of the glass and the mechanism of the inhibition of thawing on refractory stones, un- derstanding the causes and sources. By reducing the stones as possible, we have improved the product quality and the qualified rate of purpose. Stones and bubbles are important factors affecting the rate of qualified product, and sometimes even become the main factors restricting the production of LCD glass substrate production. To solve the bubble and stone formation in the glass products has been an important topic in the study of glass production and process with a very significant economic benefits.
