摘    要:在当前湖北省属高校中,由于过于重视合同契约,忽视心理契约而引发了高校管理效率低,教师凝聚力下降和离职率高的情况,导致教师对学校满意度下降。因此,本文试图从心理契约视角剖析省属高校目前存在的困境,尝试解决这些问题。全文通过文献和问卷调查的方式,对某省属高校进行了实地调查,通过数据分析对结果进行了讨论。

Abstract:Among present Hubei provincial universities appear the low efficiency of university management, the decline of teachers's cohesion, the high turnover rate and low teacher satisfaction because of too much emphasis on the contract and ignorance of the psychological contract. Therefore, this paper attempts to analyse such predicament from the per- spective of psychological contract and tries to solve those problems. First, questions are put forward through literature re- view and a questionnaire survey is conducted in a provincial university, and then data analysis results are discussed, with the lack of research pointed out.
