| 摘 要： | 本通过对本的编辑，献目录对作品的分类收录以及古代论对体的分类评述等三方面考察，认为赋学与楚辞学自南朝萧梁时期开始分离，各自朝不同方向发展。同时，又通过分析楚辞学对骚赋的看法及赋学的“祖骚宗汉”说，认定二学虽分开而并未完全分离，其间自有相关的连结。因此赋学与楚辞学是既有区别又联系紧密的两门学问，都是中国学批评史所不可缺少的重要组成部分。
