| 摘 要： | SA8000是社会责任国际组织(Social Accountabilility Interendonal)发布的由第三方认证的关于劳工权益保护的国际采购社会责任标准体系。它通过“购买权力”对资本的约束实现企业承担保护劳动者权益的社会责任，为劳动者权益保护提供了一个新的视角。

| Abstract: | SA8000 is a standard system of social responsibility of international stock about the protection of laborers' rights and interests, which is released by the Social Accountability International Organization and certificated by the third party. It makes true that enterprises take the social responsibility of protecting laborers' rights and interests through the constrain of'stock right'on capital,and gives a new vision to the protection of laborers' rights and interests. |
