手机“套餐”优惠分析

手机资费问题一直是人们关心的热点问题,如何区分并选择手机套餐非常值得研究。本文给出了北京和上海各手机套餐的资费计算模型,及资费运算程序,并通过比较给出了不同通话需求的用户选择套餐的依据;提出了评价手机套餐的六条准则,并利用层次分析法给出了如何评价手机套餐的数学模型,量化的解决了评判各套餐优劣的问题,通过比较得出上海的"全球通68套餐"是最优惠的套餐方案;最后针对北京市场建立了设计手机套餐的数学模型,并进行了检验,得出一组最合理的新方案。

On Preferential Charge of Mobile Phone "Pricing Package"

Issue of mobile phone bills has always been drawing everyone's attention, it is worth researching for us to select from those packages and decide which one is more suitable. This article presents calculating models of phone charge and their respective operation programs for several pricing packages in Beijing and Shanghai. Through comparison of different packages, it provides the basis on that phone users can choose according to the needs of their phone calls. This article then indicates that there are six principles for evaluating mobile phone pricing packages and by using layer analysis method, we can obtain a mathematical model to evaluate phone packages so as to quantitatively solve the problem of which package is more preferential. This model proves that Shanghai Mobile's pricing package"Go Tone 68" is most preferential. It puts an end with a modeling of mobile phone pricing package for Beijing area and a group of most reasonable solutions based on verified model.
