| 摘 要： | 大学生是十分宝贵的人才资源，是民族的希望，是祖国的未来。科学发展观的提出，增强了当代大学生的自我超越意识，形成了大学生思想政治教育的新理念，有利于大学生协调好人、自然、社会及其自身的多维度关系，推动了大学生的个性化、特色化发展，对于从整体上促进大学生的全面发展，具有深刻的指导意义。

| Abstract: | College students are very valuable human resources, the hope of our nation and the future of our motherland. The proposal of the scientific outlook on development enhances the sense of self-transcendence of contemporary college students, forms new ideas of ideological and political education at colleges, helps the college students to coordinate the relations among humans, nature, society and human being itself, promotes the personalization and feature development about college students. In view of the overall situation, this will promotes the all-round development of college students and have profound guid- ing significances. |
