Reflections on the legislation of Life-long Education in Guizhou

In the new era,Guizhou life-long education has ushered in unprecedented opportunities for development.To perfect the local laws and regulations system of life-long education,to promote the healthy development of life-long education,to improve the level of the rule of law of life-long education,and to implement life-long education from the theoretical level to the legislative practice are major issues to be solved.This paper discusses the purposes and bases of life-long education legislation,the protection of citizens'right to learn,the connotation of life-long education and the content of life-long education legislation,so as to consolidate the theoretical basis of lifelong education legislation.
