| 摘 要： | 普通高校图书馆专业技术人才,是团队的精髓和灵魂支柱,是带领全体馆员充分体现并弘扬"图书馆精神"的基础和保障.但普通高校图书馆专业技术人员目前的生存状态却陷入困境.文章探讨了图书馆人才"图书馆精神"缺失的补救措施.
