Land is a complicated organic ebject,its process of exploitation is also a process of natural reproduction,which is ,under the basic condition of soil ,a process of sprouting,rooting ,blossoming and fruiting of seeds. This process is similar to an inverse chemical equation, it will turn into a direction of soil fertility when the conditions are favorable;otherwise,it will become harmful to soil. It is the main aim of us researchers engaged in environment conservation to use management measures possibly and stately to avoid the bad impact of land exploitantion on environment and keep the agriculture developing continually and steadily.
