摘    要:从成人学习心理的角度,即成人学习者的学习能力、学习动机、学习特点来探讨成人教育课程开发的原则,以期时成人教育课程的开发起到一定的指导作用,帮助成人教育工作者科学地设计课程,有效地实施课程,使之成为真正意义上的成人教育课程。

Abstract:From the view of the adult learning psychology,we inquiry into the particularity of adult learner's learning ability, learning intention,learning characteristic and the impact of these eharacteristics on the principles of curriculum development.We hope that these characteristics can give us guidance in the curriculum development of adult education,help the researchers to design the curriculum scientifically and carry out the curriculum effectively,and make it to be the most appropriate curriculum of adult education.
