| 摘 要： | 以中国各个省市区作为横截面单元,利用各横截面单元的样本建立动态面板数据模型,对国外R＆D溢出的动态效应从国家和地区两个层面进行了实证检验。结果表明：在国家层面,进口贸易渠道和FD（I外商直接投资）渠道的国外R＆D对我国均产生了显著的正向溢出效应,而OD（I对外直接投资）渠道的溢出效应则显著为负;在区域层面,进口贸易渠道的R＆D溢出效应呈现出东部最强、中部次之、西部最弱的格局,FDI渠道的R＆D溢出效应呈现出中部最强、东部次之、西部为负的格局,ODI渠道的R＆D溢出效应则呈现出西部最强、中部次之、东部为负的格局。

| Abstract: | This paper takes China's different provinces as cross-sectional units,and chooses sample data from 2003-2007 of these provinces to establish a dynamic panel data model trying to find out the dynamic effects of foreign R&D spillovers on the macro and regional level of China.The result shows that: At the macro level,the effects of import trade and FDI channel are positive,while the effects of ODI channel are negative;At the regional level,the effects of import trade showing the strongest in east,middle second... |
