| 摘 要： | 以技术创新网络为背景，以技术创新网络中的企业为主体，从知识观视角，引入并分析企业知识基的概念以及知识基对于技术创新网络中企业保持竞争优势的关键作用的基础上，采用探索性因子分析方法得出了影响技术创新网络中企业知识基的关键因素，并实证检验了各关键影响因素与技术创新网络中企业知识基的关系。研究表明，内部资源投入、企业家精神、组织文化开放度和组织结构整合度是影响技术创新网络中企业知识基的四个关键因素，且均对知识基具有显著的正向影响；技术创新网络中的企业应重点从以上四个途径入手提升自身的知识基，从而保证自身在网络中的竞争优势。
