| 摘 要： | 在无政府状态下的国际社会中，国家追求自身利益的最大化，往往带来的是“集体行动的困境”。新自由制度主义基于理性选择和微现经济学理论提出了国际制度存在的合理性。国际制度在约束国家行为、协调国家间关系、减少冲突等方面发挥着积极的作用。

| Abstract: | In international society of anarchism, states pursue by far the most self-interest, as a result, which brings predicaments of collective operation. On the basis of rational choice and the theory of microeconomics, new liberalism came up with the rationalization of international system existence. International system plays an active role in restraining state action, coordinating intercountry relationship and lessening conflicts, etc. |
