新课程改革与教师教育理念的重建

摘    要:摘要:不正确的教育理念,是导致新课程改革中诸多问题产生的根本原因。教育理念包括教师职业理想和教育观念。正确的教育理念,有着与新课程改革相适应的新的内涵,并有助通过创设良好的教育氛围,引导学生在自主、合作和探究中健康发展。教育理念的重建,需要教师用专业人员的标准审视自己的职业和教育行为,树立专业意识,完成职业转型。

Abstract:Incorrect educational thought is the reason for leading to several problems with new curriculum reform. The educational thought includes teacher's professional ideas and educational concepts , the correct thought of education has a new connotation which is suitable to the new curriculum reform and helpful to conduct students to develop healthily in decision-making ,cooperation and inquiry by creating a good educational atmosphere. According to the restructuring of educational thought, there is a need for teachers looking closely at ones-own professional and educational behavior , set up professional consciousness and complete the professional transformation according to the professional criteria.
