| 摘 要： | 高校针对贫困大学生开展的勤工黟学，不仅有助于缓解大学生的经济贫困，而且还对高校贫困生产生了很多非经济效益：帮助贫困生改变对贫困的认知，克服自卑心理；帮助贫困生搭建交往平台，扩展交往范围；帮助贫困生锻炼个人能力，提升综合素质。

| Abstract: | Work- study program in colleges and universities can not only ease poverty - stricken students＇ financial distress but also produce lots of non- economic benefits. It can help these students change their understanding of poverty and overcome their inferiority complex. It provides them with communication platforms prehensive quality. for more extensive social contacts. And it also helps to improve their cornprehensive quality. |
