It discussed from aspects of breaking the monopoly of industry characteristics, attaching importance to diversified development of higher vocational education, and fostering a market-oriented business outlook, focusing on partnerships with business, and emphasizing on vocational education and the humanistic spirit cultivation, setting up human-oriented management concept, searching balance in the localization and internationalization. |
