摘    要:20世纪80年代以来,美国的基础教育改革以让每一个孩子达到一定的标准为目标,从教师待遇、班级规模、早期教育、教师专业发展、学校管理、课程标准等多个方面提高基础教育质量。每一项措施都以教育研究为先导,以立法和经费为保障,确保政策的有效性和连贯性。

Abstract:The target of fundamental education reform has insured each child get definite standard in USA since the 1980s. It improved the quality of fundamental education from teacher treatment, class size, early education, teacher professional development, school management and curriculum standard etc. Each of the measures take educational research as the guide and are supported by legislation and funds in order to effective and coherence of policy.
