英语外宣报道中的“译”与“释”

摘    要:通过大量现成实例分析,阐述了英语外宣报道不同于单纯的汉译英,并非是对汉语新闻的逐字英译,两者不能简单地一视同仁,此外,英语外宣报道更多地采用"译"与"释"。外宣报道(包括时见报端的新词新语)在跨文化传播过程中的成功与否,首先取决于传播效果,其次才是如何确保汉语新闻英译的清晰度。
