| 摘 要： | 本试验在对果蝇唾腺染色体制片方法进行了改进,结果表明：改良苯酚品红染色液配好15d后使用,浓度为6%时,染色5~8m in可以获得染色体横纹和背景清晰的图像;通过改变脂肪剥离的顺序即染色后再去除脂肪,压片效果明显提高。
