| 摘 要： | 清代驻防将军管理制度严格，印信的署理制度亦极其严密。笔者以乌里雅苏台将军印信的署理为对象，利用《军机处满文月折包》予以考订，说明将军离任，印信不可一日无人执掌，且必须执掌在皇帝指定的署理者手中。

| Abstract: | In the Qing Dynasty,the control of the Garrision General was extremely strict and the General's Stamp was so important that during the time when the general left his position,the substitutional rules of the stamp was strict,too.This article takes the Wuliyasutai General as an example and uses several documents to show that even when the general left his position,he must report it to the emperor and the stamp must be controlled by the special person chosen by the emperor. |
