| 摘 要： | 人际交往智能，作为人智能结构的一个重要方面，在现代社会中已日益得到重视。培养儿童具有一定的人际交往能力，建立和谐的人际关系．学会与他人合作、共处，已成为当今教育的重要目标之一。本试图就儿童早期人际交往智能在其发展中的重要作用以及如何培养的问题进行初步探讨。
