| 摘 要： | 戊戌变法是中国社会在鸦片战争结束近六十年之后第一次深刻的、涉及到社会各个方面的大变革。然而，这场本应是顺乎天意民愿的变法最终以失败而结束。文章通过分析维新变法运动中改良派的分化阐述其失败的原因。

| Abstract: | The Reform Movement of 1898 is the first profound social transformation in China nearly six decades after the 1840 Opium War.However,this reform ends in failure which is supposed to be a public act of God.The paper elaborates the reasons of failure by analyzing the differentiation of Reformists in the Reform Movement of 1898. |
