| 摘 要： | 本文通过对我国信息服务业发展现状的研究，针对目前的现实问题和发展问题，结合国际国内的相关理论和研究成果，从我国的实际国情出发，站在战略层面对我国信息服务业的发展模型展开了研究。借鉴先进国家信息服务业的发展模式，结合我国的实际情况，总结了我国信息服务业的发展经验，创造性地提出了我国信息服务业发展的二段式发展战略模型。
