教育创新之惑

摘    要:教育领域除了受制于社会条件、受限于体制而少有独立性之外,还由于自身基本概念含混,逻辑不清,规则和规律难以确定;缺乏公认的代表圈内人的专家团体;也缺乏天才式的个人等客观因素,长期以来被承认的创新不多。这意味着在这项重要的领域中,即使日常工作中有创新也难以表达、评判,得不到认可。教育创新更可能是广大教育工作者在扎实的常规工作和日常创新的长期积累下达到。教育创新的内涵不容易清晰表达,但应当意识到教育创新不等于教育探索、教育改革,真正的教育创新需要以一定的基础作为条件。教育创新是与教育相关的各个部门共同的责任,只有大家都尽力,才能为真正的教育创新作准备。

Abstract:The educational field is lacking in t he independence because of the socia l conditions and the system,and it is also hard to define its rule a nd law because of its unclear concept and logic.Besides,other objective factors such as lack of the generally accepte d specialist groups in its circle and gifted talents also result in the fac t that not many innovations have been acknowle dged.This means in this important field it is difficult to express,judge and accept the innovations even in the daily work.Educational innovations a re accomplished mostly by the educators in their routine work and daily innovations.It is not easy to express clearly the connotation of the educational innova-tion,but we should be aware that educational innovation is not education al inquiry and reform,and it needs so me foundations.So only combined with t he educational departments concern ed can preparations be made for the ed u-cational innovation.
