| 摘 要： | 会计核算电算化必须解决两大关键性问题，一是数据的关联问题，二是分类汇总问题。与专用财务软件相比，利用Excel解决会计核算问题显得更为得心应手，因为Excel具有专用财务软件不具备的实时处理能力，实时处理源于数据的动态关联，数据的动态关联保证了数据源与数据结果在同一时间上的一致性对应。同时，Excel拥有能力非凡的函数，可以轻而易举地解决会计核算中数据的分类汇总问题。

| Abstract: | Computerized accounting must solve two key questions: data association and classified summation. To solve the question of accounting, using Excel is more handy than using special soft sometimes. Excel has the function to real time processing capability, which many special soft haven't. The real time processing root in dynamic data association, the dynamic data association makes data source and data result consistent at synchronization. Simultaneously, Excel has extraordinary function to solve the classified summation of accounting data easily. |
