| 摘 要： | 工学结合模式已经成为高等职业教育人才培养模式的发展趋势,但是其实践发展还远远落后于其理论研究.原因是受经济发展水平的制约,相关法律法规的缺失等的影响.高职院校要采取主动出击的发展战略,实施校企合作,让企业受益,这是解决问题的关键.

| Abstract: | Work-study combination mode has been the development tendency of talents cultivation in higher vocational education.However,its practical development falls further behind its theoretic research,resulting from the restriction of the economic development level and the influence of deficiency of relevant laws and regulations.Higher vocational colleges shall take proactive development strategy,cooperate with enterprises and make enterprises benefited,which is the key to solve the problem. |
