| 摘 要： | 源起于美国的国际金融危机已经进入了后国际金融危机时期,作为一场全球性的金融风暴,国际金融危机深刻地影响了中国的劳工权益保护。回顾此次国际金融危机,其对我国劳工权益的冲击以及由此造成的损害是多方面的,概括起来主要有三点:1.国际金融危机严重冲击了各国实体经济,导致大量劳动者失业;2.美国通过金融创新手段而掠夺劳动者创造的社会财富;3.国际金融危机冲击了劳动法规的实施从而损害劳工权益。国际金融危机使中国作为一个主权国家的劳工权益保护问题不同于以往,使其具有了国际性、金融性和强依赖性的新特点。国际金融危机启示我们:应对和避免国际金融危机对劳工权益保护的冲击和损害,要求政府必须将劳工权益保护视为政策调整之核心,要求政府不能出台违反劳动法律的政策和措施;更重要的是,要求政府必须拥有驾驭金融资本的能力,这样才能更好地保护本国劳工权益。
