美国女大学生自卫防身能力的实验室研究

调查女大学生应对男同学模仿歹徒的45项攻击方式的能力和学习进步情况,综合研究美国女大学生的自卫防身能力。结果显示：美国女大学生在学习自卫防身课之前的自卫防身能力极低,一个学期的学习迅速提高了她们的自卫防身能力,这些自卫防身技术对提高女大学生的自卫防身能力有非常好的效果。研究结果对完善学生的学习和老师的教学具有借鉴意义,为自卫防身课程的设计和指导提供科学的研究依据。
