| 摘 要： | 拉尔夫·艾里森是美国当代著名的小说家,他生前完成并发表的唯一一部长篇小说《无形人》在美国文学史中经久不衰。文章从文化背景和代表性人物两个方面分析造成主人公无形命运的原因,认为白人文化不仅影响主人公的心理变化,也为主人公的成长设置了许多外部障碍,是造成主人公无形命运的根本原因。
