| 摘 要： | 为应对P2P下载技术对版权保护制度提出的挑战,国外提供了两种版权补偿金收取与管理模式。文中在介绍了国外两种版权补偿金收取与管理模式的基础上,对我国版权补偿金收取与管理模式进行了思考。
