浅论现代护理的问题与对策

随着全民整体文化素质和物质生活的不断提高,人们不再单纯满足于传统的护理技术服务,而是对医护人员有了更高的要求,希望得到更高层次的服务,更多地重视心理因素、环境变化和预防保键。因此,护理功能要从单纯的疾病护理型逐步向临床护理、预防、心理、康复、保键综合型护理转变。本文针对不同要求,加以分析、讨论,并提出护理对策。

The Simple Discussion on the Problems and the Countermeasures of the Modern Nursery

With the development of the cultural quality and the material life of the whole people, we not only pay great attention to the traditional nursery service,but also have higher requirment to the nurses.That is ,we hope get higher-level service,and we pay more attention to our psychological factors, the environmental changes and the preventing health. Therefore, the nursery function should change from the simple type of nursing the illness to the comprehensive nursery of the near-bed-nursery ,prevention?psychology?recovery health,etc. This article analizes ,discusses,and puts forward the nursery countermeasures,according to the different requirment.
