| 摘 要： | 知识经济正在悄然兴起，本文从六个不同角度论述了知识经济的特征。知识经济是一种新的经济形态，它将对我国产生极大影响。高等教育面对知识经济的挑战，必须转变教育观念；进行教学改革；加强素质教育；建设一支具有“双师”素质的教师队伍；建设新的教学计划和课程体系；扩大学校与产业合作。
