拓宽中小科技企业直接融资渠道研究

近年来我国中小科技企业取得了令人瞩目的成绩，并成为国民经济中的重要力量。但融资的问题严重限制了中小科技企业的进一步发展，中小科技企业迫切需要风险投资的支持。文章分析了我国阶段风险投资业的发展状况，总结了存在的主要问题，并提出完善我国风险投资体系以及风险资本中小科技企业想与措施。

On Broadening Direct Financing for Small and Medium Sized High- tech Enterprises

The Small and Medium Sized High -tech Enterprises in China have achieved r apid growth over the past years and have played an important part in China' s national economy.However,diffic ulties in financing have turned out to be the main obstacles to the development of these enterprise s.The small and medium sized high -tech enterprises are in bad need of venture capital support.Venture capi tal industry in China has begun to op-erate,but a lot to be improved.This p aper analyzes the development proce ss and main problems in the growth of venture capital industry at present ,makes some policy measures to impro ve the venture capital system,and re c-ommended a process for venture capital investing in high -tech businesse s in order to accelerate the developm ent of the small and medium sized high -tech enterprises.
