| 摘 要： | 以目前中国体育舞蹈联合会登记在册的、获得国际级、国家级资格的教练员作为研究对象,采用问卷调查法、专家访谈法对体育舞蹈教练员专业素质及其影响因素进行调查分析,在此基础上提出相应的培养方案,为我国体育舞蹈专业人才的培养提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | The registered coaches in China Federation of Sport Dance with international and national qualification are studied. Questionnaire and expert interview are used to analyze their professional quality and influencing factors.Based on it training plan is put forward to provide for the cultivation of sport dance professionals in China. |
