The law was considered to manifest the country＇s basic economic system comprehensively and accurately, to maintain the socialist market economic order, simultaneously was also an important mark of the promotion of Chinese private entrepreneurs＇ political status. The article makes an analysis on the influences of Chinese private entrepreneurs＇ political status from the promulgation of the law.
