| 摘 要： | 在边远贫困山区,微型的经济实体开发和金融开发对贫困人口增强脱贫致富能力都是十分必要的。在扶贫发展理念上,“创业传递组织 党员双带基金”的农业创业传递机制将二者结合,建立“让党员经常受教育,让农民长期得实惠”长效机制,推进边远贫困山区社会主义新农村建设。

| Abstract: | In remote and poverty-stricken mountainous areas,the development of micro-economic entities and micro-finance is very necessary for the poverty-stricken population to enchance the ability of getting rid of poverty and becoming better off.In the development ideas,the agricultural venture transmission mechanism combines the two:"entrepreneurship transmissio organization party members double leading fund",establishing a long term mechanism of "regular education for party members,long-term benefits for farmers" to promote the building of a new socialist countryside in remote poverty-stricken mountainous areas. |
