| 摘 要： | 分析了CMM(能力成熟度模型)应用于房地产企业管理的可行性,构建了房地产企业管理能力成熟度模型,模型包括5个层级,分别描述达到不同能力成熟度水平的房地产企业管理能力水平.通过该模型的应用分析发现,CMM的应用有助于持续提升房地产企业的管理能力.

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the feasibility of CMM(Capability Maturity Model for Software)in real estate business management,and a five-level CMM model is constructed.It describes respectively the management capacity of different levels.The model analysis indicates that CMM can help the real estate enterprise to upgrade its management capacity continually. |
