| 摘 要： | 本文对研究生扩招的利与弊进行了分析,提出研究生扩招必须适应社会进步的历史要求,一定要坚持科学发展观,把握社会、经济、文化发展的客观规律,按规律办事;在制定研究生招生计划时要依据招生单位的培养能力,具体问题具体分析,切合实际地制定研究生招生计划。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the and disadvantage of the postgraduate expanded enrollment,postgraduate expanded enrollment must adapt to the requirements of social progress in history,must insist on scientific development outlook,grasps the social,economic and cultural development,according to the objective laws of laws.In the formulation of postgraduate enrollment to plan according to the cultivation of enrollment unit,the concrete analysis and practical for postgraduate enrollment plan. |
