| 摘 要： | 高效液相色谱指纹图谱已经普遍应用于中药材及制剂的分析检测，在用高效液相色谱指纹图谱进行分析中，建立图谱的共有模式是关键的一环，共有模式的好坏直接影响分析的结果．以田基黄的高效液相色谱指纹图谱为例，说明了一种建立共有模式行之有效的方法．

| Abstract: | High - performance liquid chromatography fingerprint has been widely applied to the detection and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine and its preparations. In order to gain good effects, it is the key point to build up an optimum common pattern of the medicine fingerprint. The high - performance liquid chromatography fingerprint of hypericum japonicum thumb is introduced to demonstrate a good method to build the common pattern. |
