| Abstract: | Through introducing the connotation and characteristics of the public grounding system in Xiaoheshan Higher Education Area, this paper analyzes the situation and characteristics of the public grounding system in that particular area. Besides,it points out the superiorities and the problems, and finally puts forward the principle,goal and the approaches in improving the public grounding system in Xiaoheshan Higher Education Area as well. |
